We prefer the term All-on-X because every patient is different. Some patients may be suitable for four implants, while others may benefit from five or six, depending on bone volume, bite forces, smile design, and the type of final restoration

In selected cases, ceramic or zirconia implants may be considered for All-on-X treatment. However, ceramic implant planning is different from traditional titanium All-on-4 treatment. Titanium implants can often be angled and restored with 30-degree multi-unit abutments, while many zirconia implant systems do not allow the same degree of prosthetic angulation.
For this reason, we carefully assess each case before recommending titanium, ceramic, or a combined approach. Our goal is to choose the option that best supports long-term stability, function, aesthetics, and your personal treatment preferences.
